General Contract Language
Many Practice Greenhealth members require all suppliers to do certain things or answer certain questions related to the sustainability of their operations and the environmental attributes of their products. These examples can help you create a standard supplier questionnaire or standard contract language addressing general environmental issues that apply to most suppliers.
- Corporate Environmental Responsibility – Questionnaire for Suppliers of Services
- Get Your Suppliers to Help You Go Green: Five Easy Ways
- Environmental Terms – Avoid falling for misleading environmental claims and ensure you phrase your environmental requirements to get the information you need in order to make a valid comparison between vendors.
- Kaiser Permanente SKU Sustainability Scorecard – Kaiser Permanente’s Sustainability Scorecard requires suppliers to provide and be evaluated on the sustainability of their medical equipment and products used in hospitals, medical offices and other facilities. The scorecard outlines important environmental criteria and asks about a company’s environmental commitment. Kaiser welcomes others to use this scorecard in their purchasing processes.
Practice Greenhealth thanks its EPP Supporters for their contributions
